Don't get distracted

This video seemes to echo what I've been hearing in my thoughts lately. The video just says it so much more eloquently than I can.

    madly in love with that video. With my job it's seems almost impossible to tune out the trash and even harder to meditate and be still. Thanks for sharing.

    I needed this today. Stupid facebook is a time sucker! Ha ha. Priorities, priorities. So many of them, it's hard to choose what should consume my day. LOL
